1.) Acceptance of Advertiser Terms and Conditions
By Submiting a Profile You agree to our Standard Terms and Conditions for Acceptance of Online Advertising on Boysoflondon.com (hereafter known as the Site).
2.) Description of Advertiser Services Provided
As an Advertiser, You can create a login then post and edit a Personal Advertiser Profile on the Site to be viewed by Site users. Your Personal Advertiser Profile is unique to You, managed by You and should only be used by You..
Your Personal Advertiser Profile will be live for the duration requested by You and duly paid for.
Payments for Advertising are administered by a third party host (Paypal) for Your security, privacy and guarantee.
Each Personal Advertiser Profile posted is subject to a minimum contractual period of one month.
Personal Advertiser Profiles must be maintained by You using the English language and any house-style guidelines provided.
At least four weeks’ notice in writing is required in order to stop or suspend an insertion. Cancellations must be addressed to  info(at)boysoflondon.com
If You, the Advertiser cancels the balance of an agreed order You relinquishes any right to a previously negotiated discount and advertisements will be paid at the full rate.
Any refund due will take place via the Boysoflondon.com back-office as a manual transaction. This does not affect Your rights as a user of the Paypal service.
Should omission or suspension of an advertisement be due to the act or default of You, the Advertiser, Your servants or agents then the space or Profile reserved shall be paid for in full
All advertisements are accepted subject to approval. We reserve the right to refuse, omit, amend or suspend an advertisement at any time without explanation
A formal takedown procedure exists in the event of any reasonable concern or complaint, overseen by the registered owner of this website.
3.) Age of Consent
You must be 18 years or over to register as an Advertiser. Should we discover or have any reason to suspect that You are not over 18 years of age, we reserve Our right to suspend or terminate Your Personal Advertiser Profile without warning or explanation
4.) Email Login, Password and Security
Upon registration as an Advertiser, You will select an Email address and Password that You can use to access, edit and update Your Account and Personal Advertiser Profile.
You are responsible for the confidentiality of Your Password, maintaining the associated Personal Advertiser Profile and all activities that occur under them.
You agree to notify Us immediately of any unauthorized use of Your Email Address and Password or if You suspect Your password has become known to any other person.
A Personal Advertiser Profile is for Your exclusive use. No group, agency or company shall be promoted or defamed through Your Personal Profile.
We do not have the means monitor or accept liability where Your Email Address and Password are used by someone else.
5.) Your warranties
You warrant that:
As an individual registering as an Advertiser, You are over 18 years of age and have authority to enter into these Standard Terms and Conditions or Acceptance for Advertising on the site.
All information, details and photo images provided by You to Us are a true description, accurate and up to date in all respects and at all times.
You are the person all text and photographic images used in Your Personal Advertiser Profile refers to; no other person will be named or identified on Your Personal Advertiser Profile;
You agree to indemnify and hold Us harmless from any claim or damages (including any legal fees in relation to same) made by a third party in respect of any matter in relation to or arising from Your use and Personal Advertiser Profile, without limitation, from any breach or suspected breach of these Terms and Conditions by You or Your violation of any law or the rights of any third party or otherwise arising from or in relation to or arising from the contents of Your Personal Advertiser Profile.
6). Acceptable Use
We strive to meet our obligations to other users of the Site and English law by both randomly and systematically reviewing Personal Advertiser Profiles entered on the Site and reserve the right to edit or suspend or remove Your Personal Advertiser Profile where the Personal Advertiser Profile is considered or suspected to be in breach of these Standard Terms and Conditions for Advertising on Boysoflondon.com (or else otherwise inappropriate) without explanation. In particular Advertisers must not under Any circumstances
use photo images or text that could identify any person other Yourself or that You do not own the sole copyright for in Your Personal Advertiser Profile
say or do anything that would cause annoyance, inconvenience, harassment or needless anxiety to others
use foul, threatening discriminating or otherwise offensive language
make insulting remarks to or about any other person
distribute illegal, copyright infringing, indecent or offensive material or any messages or content that may incite disorder or encourage illegal activities or that causes or may cause harm to minors;
impersonate any other person organisation or enterprise including Us
transfer files that contain viruses, Trojans or other harmful programs;
access or attempt to access the accounts of other Commercial Members or other Site user, or to penetrate or attempt to penetrate the Site security measures;
Activate or apply for more than one Personal Advertiser Profile at any time.
7.) Copyright and Other Intellectual Property Rights
Your use of the Site grants no rights to You in relation to copyright, trade marks or other of Our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of third parties.
You may not, without limitation, copy, reproduce, republish, download, post, broadcast, record, transmit, commercially exploit, communicate to the public, or otherwise use the content included in or provided via the Site except for Your own personal, non-commercial use.
8.) Limitation of Liability
Any decision made or action taken by You including, without limitation, any contract entered into with any other person pursuant to Your use of this Site is at Your sole discretion and risk.
We will not be liable for any damages, including indirect or consequential losses and whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, arising in connection with any use by You or other users of the Site that is in contravention of these Commercial Membership Terms and Conditions or is not directly attributable to Our negligence.
Whilst We will use all reasonable endeavours to correct any errors or omissions as soon as practicable once they have been brought to Our attention, We do not warrant that the Site will be available uninterrupted and in a fully operating condition nor that the information on and provided via the Site will be free from errors or omissions.
Nothing in these Standard Terms and Conditions for Acceptance of Advertising on Boysoflondon.com shall exclude or limit Our liability for death or personal injury caused by Our negligence.
9.) General
We shall not be liable for any failure for any suspension, or termination of access to the Site or any content arising out of a force majeure event.
If any of these Terms and Conditions are determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by reason of law then to the extent and within the jurisdiction in which that term is illegal, invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and the remaining terms shall survive
The owner of the Site reserve the right to change or update our Standard Terms and Conditions for Acceptance of Online Advertising on the Site at any time and without notice. You will be notified to the next time You log on to the Site using a registered Advertiser password, when You will be requested to reconfirm Your agreement in order to remain an active Advertiser on the service.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England
